1/ The booking is nominative and can in no case be transferred. 2/ The confirmation of your booking is effective once we have received the deposit for the duration of your stay. The amount of the deposit is calculated according to the length of your stay, i.e. 1 night per 7-day period, i.e. one (1) night for a stay of less than 7 nights, two (2) nights for a stay between 7 and 13 nights... 3/ Any modification of the dates, number of persons or pitches, occurring after the validation of the reservation, may, according to our availability, force the Management to refuse the modification. The customer will be able either to keep his initial reservation or to cancel it. 4/ In case of cancellation of your stay more than 14 (fourteen) days before the beginning of your stay, the deposit will be refunded minus 10 (ten) euros. In case of cancellation less than 14 (fourteen) days before the beginning of your stay, the deposit will not be refunded. 5/ On the day of arrival, the pitch is available from 2.00 pm, it must be occupied before 7.00 pm. In case of delay, we ask you to inform us, the pitch will remain at your disposal for 24 hours, without reduction of the price of the stay. After this period, the pitch will be at the Management's disposal and the deposit will be forfeited. 6/ On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated before 12.00 noon. 7/ The balance of the stay must be paid the day before departure at the latest. 8/ You agree to respect the rules and regulations. The choice of the pitch is reserved to the Management according to availability and planning. In the event of a request for electricity connection, a cable of approximately 25 metres must be provided.
